Field Trip: Peninsula Humane Society (Burlingame) Tour
Location: Lantos Center/Peninsula Humane Society, Burlingame
Ages: Mixed
Review:
The tour includes a presentation of the Humane Society's work (e.g. rescue and rehabilitate injured wildlife) and a walk through of the facility. We weren't allowed to enter the individual rooms with dogs or cats, but we could go into the rooms for the smaller animals (rabbits, rodents, reptiles). They suggest a small donation per person on the tour.
